These are a fantastic quality and they look really nice! I like making chai tea from a concentrate, and it's just not the same putting it in the mug and heating in the microwave. Using a normal sauce pan isn't a great alternative because it is a small amount of fluid in a large container. These little sauce pans are perfect! I used the 2nd largest one to make my tea, and it was great! The saucepan handle did not get hot at all, which is impressive. It was also very easy to clean (the chai concentrate tends to stick in my normal saucepan, it did not stick very much in this saucepan). I'm eager to try out to smaller ones next time I bake and need melted butter! A word of warning - if you have a gas stove with burner grates that have large gaps like mine (see picture), the 2 smallest sizes do not sit easily. I will have to be very careful when using the smallest ones to ensure they don't tip over and spill their contents into the flame.
