Terrible product. Terrible experience. Ordered this set of ceramic bowls because my daughter requested them for her birthday. Took 10 days to arrive, and when she opened the box, they were all smashed to pieces. She sent me photots, I went through Wayfair's ridiculous online return process. After half an hour, I got to a screen that offered to refund me 25% (!!) of the purchase price if I kept the smashed bowls, OR I could make my daughter pack up the sharp shards, cut her hands open, and wait for them to send another set, which would arrive long after her birthday and probably be smashed as well. Called their customer service, finally got through, and insisted on a full refund with no return, which was finally arranged. Just a terrible experience.
