excellent product , makes my tea taste better

although I love the look, it doesn't work very well. I find the spout too high on the pot, and not large enough. In my opinion,the spout should be lower and longer. I am nonetheless keeping it. It is quite heavy to pick up and manage so might not be too good for people who have arthritis or other hand pain.
