This pan represents the beginning of my journey and continues to inspire me. To my delight, it exceeded all expectations, delivering everything Dash promised and more. This pan sparked my growing collection, and I eagerly anticipate adding to it. I even gifted the same pan to my son, hoping he would discover the possibilities of these two concepts and become as passionate as I am. Like me, this pan is the perfect starting point for anyone eager to explore culinary adventures.

My first dish in my new skillet was sauteed fish. I loved the evenness of the cooked fish. Sometimes in my cast iron one part will be browned more than the other. The skillet is light and easy to move. I also like the color on the outside of the pan. Overall I’m pleased with my new birthday pan!
