This pan is truly excellent, and I think the two smaller handles are more appropriate for a pan this large. Fit and finish are top notch, and zero rivets is so nice. My only wish is that this had the same 4.8mm thickness of the Proline series, rather than 3mm it actually is. Demeyere/Zwilling: if you make a Proline version of this pan, I will buy it straight away!

This pan is new in my arsenal, great to keep heat like cast iron, easy to clean and great in oven. Its a bit pricy but definitely worthy

Love the product, but I was home all day, and the delivery didn’t check with me or the 24-hour concierge in our building, who handles all packages. The next day, there was a snowstorm, and I had to take the bus to pick up the package.
