Excellent quality. Much lighter than expected with very even heat

it works fine but handles get really hot. I cook on an electric stovetop and there is no other direct heat towards the handle, so the heat from the pan definitely transfers to the handle. the pan is also extremely light, which is fine but makes me question the 7 ply construction.
