what a great find! i’ve always wanted to try dehydrating, but it can be so expensive to get started before you even know if you will enjoy it. yes, this is quite a small unit, i added a pic with a ruler, but to me it’s the perfect size to experiment with! my first project will be this weekend, ill be doing a couple sweet potatoes to make dog treats, as that is my main idea for this.

Honestly, I am just starting to use the drying machine. I may opt for a more industrial style over this one. I have dried oranges for smoked whiskey drinks in the oven. I am working on other citruses and in the future will explore other categories. It is easy to operate but finicky on adding time. So, for lemons, I ended up running the default drying time twice which is 16 hours. The best thing I can say about the dryer is that it will free up my oven. Also, the trays and top are easy to clean but be careful with the bottom unit. I tried to carefully clean it, but it had water dripping from it and now I am waiting to use it again and allowing it to dry completely before plugging it back in.

I have a lot of fruit tries in my back yard and differenr herbs. So I got this so see if I can dehydrate them a little. So far the instructions are clear and make it easy to use. It was not bad for the price for a beginner.

Fruit And Vegetable Drying Machine I thought it would be great especially with me eating healthier. It has several trays for Drying a variety fruits and vegetables, I put a cutting board underneath just in case it got too hot but surprisingly it didn’t get hot at all now I can place it anywhere. Being my first to ever using Fruit And Vegetable Drying Machine I’m highly impressed it gets the job done. It’s super easy to clean, stacks easily for storing, very affordable price.

At first I thought this dehydrator would be too small to be useful but I was pleasantly surprised. It can hold a lot even for its small size. It only two two trays to fit a can of chickpeas and two trays for four sliced bananas. I used all trays for a bushel of kale. Overall it works great. It’s decently quiet and does the job. I’m glad it doesn’t take up much counter space and I can use it to make healthy treats.
