Excellent knife

Very sharp and great quality

Excellent sharp kitchen knife that easily slices tomatoes, chicken, and vegetables like potatoes and celery. It’s very sharp in comparison to our last dulled knife so I was not used to it and already gave myself a slight cut from the gentlest movement. It’s a large knife but not too heavy and it’s comfortable to hold. I’m very happy with it although it’s very long and I could have gone with a shorter knife for storing purposes, but happy with the purchase.

I have always loved Wüsthof and finally decided to purchase the Classic Ikon. Perfect for what I need. Thank you
