Asked for a full refund and the manufacturer offensively told us to pay someone to fix this locally and send us 60 back... fix it locally That would cost much more than 60! The alternative given was that they asked for us to go through the 100s of pieces it takes to build two of these (we bought 2), catalog it and send them what is needed for replacement parts. Im sorry I thought that was the job of QC. This whole ordeal has been a nightmare.
