The perfect bckdrop for dishes and decor@

The description says the material is "embossed polyester" and I can see in the picture that there is a pattern, but I didn't know this tablecloth was going to be a velvet material (in fact, the actual packaging says "velvet tablecloth"). But I love it! It really matches the pattern in my dining room chair upholstery and the color is not too light - just what I was looking for. It was very creased upon opening it, but I threw it in the dryer for 10 minutes and the wrinkles are gone. I'm not using my formal dining table for everyday eating (we have a kitchen table for that), so it's mostly for show but I do like that it is machine washable. I think it looks contemporary yet cozy which is perfect.
