Arrived as pictured. Plating is mar free. Arrived as projected. My daughter has these. I am looking forward, to never seeing, "that roller" on floor, for the rest of my life. I don't know why, but people are resistant to putting liners in trash cans, and replacing an empty toilet roll, on the holder. I can justify it, at night. You are sleepy, and just don't want to wakeup enough, to use the dexterity it takes to replace it. This is as simplistic as it gets. Slip it on, and forget it. I will be installing it today. Installation shall not be, where the builder placed the original....behind you. How insensitive. Especially people with disabilities, are inhibited, reaching behind. Any stroke victim, finds getting to the holder a struggle. This may really be, "the best hing, since sliced bread." I love it.
