I was sent the larger towel pictured in the set, but the smaller one was different than pictured. I was buying the set specifically for the smaller one because it would have been perfect with my Christmas theme. So I went on-line to return the set. I marked the only "reason" that fit the situation (something like "not as pictured") and the system charged me shipping to return it. So I called. The rep made me send her a photo of the wrong item so that she could forward it to the returns department ... this was required for them to waive the return mailing fee. Not a friendly process. I will not be purchasing from this company again. Too much hassle. Not a good experience, all the way around.
