I love these.. so sharp.

The set looks great, but unfortunately the quality does not match the price, 99.99 plus tax, I expected much better from Sur La Table. The kitchen shears literally came apart while cutting the stem of a flower — nothing heavy-duty, just a flower stem. For a 100 knife set, this is simply unacceptable and makes me question the overall durability and quality of the product. Looks great, but quality should match the price.

This set is very stylish with beautiful handles and sharp edges. The base keeps everything in one place beautifully. It also comes with the knife sharpening tool. The big flat knife is not heavy unlike other knives in market and is sharp enough to make thin slices of soft tomatoes or even hard veggies like sweet potatoes. It has multiple steak knives great for hosting a party. I really wish it had small serrated knife which I feel is lacking. But overall I really like this set.

They are easy to clean and the color beige and silver is totally modern and different. The handles comfortably fit the shape of my hands for every day use. The knifes are well balanced and won’t cause hand fatigue. The weight distribution is even between the handles and the blade.
