This sleek and elegant thermometer is both accurate and attractive. Easy to clean easy to store definitely a must to anybody who likes to cook or grill. This would also make a wonderful gift for Father’s Day or a birthday. 

I purchased this and did not realize it was for candy and deep frying. It is still a very useful tool. I will be making candy at the holidays. I cant wait to use this thermometer. It appears to clip on the pot easily. The beeps when temperature reached will be very useful. The thermometer has a splatter guard built in. This is great when making candy. Great tool.

Very good instant read thermometer. I didn't initially realize that it was specifically for candy and deep frying. I don't do much of either and that is the only reason I did not give this 5 stars. But that does not take away from the quality of the product. I tried it as a meat thermometer and it worked great, instant and seemingly accurate. The apparatus to attach it to a pot is removable so it was no problem when using it as a meat thermometer. Overall, accurate and multipurpose. Not sorry I got this.

I accidentally ordered this because I thought it was a digital thermometer for cooking meat. I will have zero use for it for deep frying and candy. Quite frankly, I didn’t even know they made thermometers for that.

Nice thermometer combo, with pan clip and protective tray. As well as a probe cover with temperature guide for cooking. Quick read on temperatures. The presets, will come in handy, for making our favorite candy.
