Upon first use, not as simple as anticipated to clean out/get started with the instructions given. However, once figured out it works like a charm, does not take too long to heat the water, and the espresso tastes great.

Ordered for my husband’s Christmas gift but he didn't think he would use it. Need a way to return to Wayfair. I can't print shipping label. Have asked a number of times for help and it is still in the back of my car. Need help! I still need a shipping labellllll! Mail it to me I can't print from my phone. Should I tell my friends?

this makes great espresso. easy to clean

This machine is OK for someone who doesn't want to customize their drinks too much... It's nice looking, but with a lot of plastic, and didn't feel substantial.

Good looking but makes terrible espresso overall , not enough pressure and keeps going into self lock mode
