I wanted a nutcracker that would work on hickory nuts. I selected an item but decided to ask the question "Will it work for hickory nuts?" Wayfair responded immediately and with the assurance that they would ask the manufacturer. Within a few days, they supplied the answer that it wouldn't, but didn't leave it there; they went above and beyond to identify a product that would meet my needs - and it works!
