I ordered both sizes of this ravioli maker. But, my intention is to make pierogis and little fruit-filled pastries. My Italian family would never go for this as a ravioli maker . . . we "seal off" probably a dozen or so at a time on the strip of handmade dough. It is nicely made, seems like real quality, and I'm sure it will serve my ideas well.
