I bought this for the guest powder room (the days of everybody drying their hands on the same pretty cloth towel hanging from the gold ring, are over...). There's actually no place to put a tray with folded napkins, so the wall mount was ideal. The matte gold color stops it from looking like it belongs in a public restroom. It's very small, unobtrusive, actually adds to the decor. There was no paperwork in the box. If you can screw in a lightbulb, you can figure out how to mount it, but I would have appreciated knowing what size and fold towel to buy. I went online and found another seller of the dispenser that also sold the paper towels,then searched those towels and found several other brands with higher rating and lower price. From opening the box, to mounting, to ordering the towels, took less time than writing this review.

It looks exactly like you think it would! I absolutely loved it, but tried to mount it with 3M Velcro strips, and it did not stay! The wood cracked in three places and the oil diffuser I had sitting on it leached the varnish from the wood. But I love it so much I’m ordering again!
