This 13-inch Fissler pan is fantastic! I can lay out all my bacon in one batch, which makes cooking so much easier. Fissler never disappoints—I already own their 8-inch pan, and it cooks beautifully. I’m so glad I picked up this larger pan during the Father’s Day sale.

I was a little disappointed in the large sauce pan turning purple inside after boiling water for pasta on my first use. Very odd for such a high end pan.

Fissler makes amazing pots and pans and I have purchased several sets as gifts in addition to the ones I own personally.

Aside from the stunning build quality, the pan is fantastic for everything from sauces to risotto to plain old boiled vegetables. You can really keep the bottom scraped while using it, with a whisk or a wooden spoon, because of the rounded corners. I love the handle both for the design and the length. This pan will certainly outlast me, despite that I use it almost daily!
