Sturdy. Cooks evenly. Good quality. Just what we were looking for.

Absolutely no stick pan. Added an egg to the pan no butter nothing and it just came off nicely (tastes boring though without butter). But it was more a test of the stickiness.

This pan is everything I had hoped for in a pan. I would say it is the universal pan. If you could only have one pan-this would be it. Non stick. Great for braising if you have a well seated lid. Retains heat well! Flat reinforced bottom sits flat On a glast top. One drop of oil does the trick. So pleased-Dankeschön, Fissler!

Even with our wonky stovetop, this pan distributed heat evenly, cooking food equally across the whole pan. It held heat perfectly. The nonstick feature is probably my favorite. Food just glides right off the pan, even fried eggs! Clean up is super simple. Nothing sticks! The pan feels heavy duty and is extremely solid. Quality you can feel and cook with. Hands down amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very nice pan. It's quite heavy. It's easy to clean. It heats up pretty evenly. It's "non stick", but if you don't use oil within a few weeks, it will start to stick. It doesn't give a nice crisp - for example fried eggs. Overall it's a very nice pan with a great value, and I love to use it for most things.
