Ensemble de serviettes et cerises

I ordered a decorative deer head and was sent a dish towel instead. I called customer service and the agent sent me again the deer head I originally ordered. The second time I received another dish towel, not the deee head. I called customer services again to cancel my original order. I was told that I had to return the 2 dish towels that I didn’t order before they would give me a refund. Completely unacceptable policy for an error that was wayfairs fault and not mine. Very disappointing. Be aware you may receive the wrong item when you order for them. Will not order from this company again.
