Love this kettle. It has weight to it, nice large water capacity, and a handle that doesn't get hot. You can hear the whistle loud and clear!

After an endless search for a good quality teapot, I decided on this one and it's perfect! Big enough, but easy to lift and use. Beautiful appearance.

I love this tea kettle. Only thing is the lid has a protrusion knob that is wooden painted silver. The knob on the cap is extremely loose and cannot be tightened. Noticed today that the knob has actually split in a couple of places. The product has a 5 year warranty and inadvertently I purchased a warranty as well. Can I have the cap replaced?

The kettle is nice I paid extra to have it shipped sooner than standard delivery.......delivery was delayed several times and arrived at standard time which is free, so I paid extra for nothing. Not happy with service
