Not a 100% Titanium pan. I didn’t realize this until I ordered and received the pan. The label on the pan stated that it was a 3-ply material with stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium.

Nice lightweight frypan. Unfortunately, my first attempt to cook sunny side up edge wasn’t as good as a ceramic coated pan. The egg white stuck to the pan. Perhaps if I filled the pan with enough cooking oil to cover all the dimples the outcome may have been different. Also, during cleaning when I thought I have everything washed out, there are a few spots that needed extra scouring to remove stuck food.
