I just love this ceramic water holder! Before, I stored my water in plastic water jugs. My sister told me that it is not good for one’s health to store water in plastic. I’m trying to be more health conscious! Furthermore, the navy color matches all of my other things beautifully

We got this because we had limited floor space for a stand up water dispenser. The blue color works with our kitchen and fits nicely on the countertop. My only concern is the spigot. I expected it to be a bit more heavy duty for repetitive use. Hopefully my concern is unwarranted and it will hold up for years.

I really like the appearance of the beverage dispenser, I'm not so sure about the plastic ring underneath the lid is questionable. So until I actually get to use it then I may be able to make a judgement about it. But the main problem for me is that UPS (your delivery service) can not seem to deliver the packages to the correct address no matter who I order from. I had to go out of my apartment building to look all over for my misplaced package. Luckily I found it but it took time and not right away either. So I have to say that so far nothing about the product itself but with the delivery service. Ask me later what I think about the product.
