Open Cartons Not Bargains at Wayfair!! Very disappointed to learn that an open carton means broken dishes, not savings. Either Wayfair's inspection and resale of returned items needs better attention, or Fedex dropped the ball on handling this carton. 1 pasta bowl and 3 cereal bowls are in pieces and unusable. Too bad as the Gibson dinnerware is lovely and worthy of better.

The packaging was high quality so that nothing got broken and the dishes are beautiful. I’m thrilled!
