Everything fit's and the finish is good and the handles are screwed on tight as well as the lid lifts. They are NOT square as they have rounded corners giving you less cooking space BUT you don't have the L crease to scrape clean which I like. The lids have a vent hole and are clear so you can watch your food burn! Rather light in weight but feel solid and at my age 82 the old cast iron I have had for years were getting to be just to heavy. Wish I could post next year about the durability of the "non stick" surface as yet to be seen.
