I love them. I did have issues with broken plates but got some more from Way Fair after I sent Pictures.

I love the rustic look of these plates. I also like that there is natural variation between each. Some arrived broken and they were happy to send out a replacement.

The dishes themselves and Wayfair customer service both earn an A+. Shipping/packaging left much to be desired. The dishes themselves are heavy, each with a unique and slightly individual pattern, which gives them the look and feel of quality stoneware. They have a beautiful southwestern look. They seem to be very chip resistant, have been washed by hand and in the dishwasher and maintain their initial luster. The strange thing was that the packaging was woefully inadequate and several of the dishes, especially the dinner plates, were broken in the box. I called Wayfair and they immediately shipped me a new batch. The second batch had several broken dishes as well, so once again, I contacted Wayfair and once again they immediately shipped another batch. The boxes were extremely heavy and it was a bit of an inconvenience to have to repeatedly unpack the boxes, sift through the broken ones, and discard them. Notwithstanding the inconvenience, I would recommend both the dishes themselves and Wayfair. Wayfair has the very best customer service.

Beautiful set but has a few small imperfections that I guess are probably expected, though I wouldn’t have chosen this set had I known it. Also they are not microwave nor dishwasher safe.
