Love them. One box had a few broken plates but within 5 minutes of opening them I had new ones being sent to replace them. Great customer service

Given 2/3 of the order arrived broken I cannot make comment. What did arrive in one piece looks satisfactory but I will wait until the replacement place settings arrive before I can actually say howI feel. Joan
