Outside wall of first cup shattered on first cup of coffee! Recoved refund, trashed the cups!

The mugs are large and retain heat well. Be sure to check them as I received a few that were flawed as they had some extra glass on the bottom which made it so the mug would not sit lat on the table. They were replaced.

Absolutely the best coffee cup. Lightweight for my arthritic hands. Keeps coffee warm. Looks beautiful.
