I LOVE this organization rack! It helped create some space in our "not so spacious" kitchen. The rust is just paint and it added a cute rustic look to it. I highly recommend this product!

I have a farmhouse themed house and was really excited to get this item. Upon receiving it I opened the box and one of the slats was complete unattached and one of the hooks at the bottom was completely snapped off. I did report that it was broken upon shipping and they happily replaced it for free and then gave me a coupon for my troubles. I was really happy with the customer service experience I received and the second time around my item arrived in great condition. I am happy to use it in my kitchen!

At first glance this is really cute, but the cups don’t hang straight... the hook wasn’t soldered on straight. That probably can be fixed if you know how to weld, but it’s annoying for the rest of us. I’d use this without the cups or get other ones that hang straight.

This hanging utensil caddy looks just like shown in the listing. The cups hang off one of the back slats and feel fairly sturdy. While they are labeled for utensils, I’ll be using them for flowers or herbs. The handles on my standard wooden utensils are a bit too long to fit well in the metal cups. If the cups were just a bit deeper, they’d work better. But as a decorative item, this wall caddy is quite attractive. The cups are painted off white with what seems to be nice semigloss enamel paint, and the “rust” details are also painted instead of actual rust. The effect is well done. The wood is pretty lightweight, but seems adequate for the intended use. It hangs using two keyhole type metal hangers on the top corners. It’s a nice farmhouse-type accent in my kitchen.
