This is my go to knife for almost all of my cutting and chopping needs. The handle is shaped for comfort and ease of use. The blade is super thing and sharp. I love the rounded end. I use it to scoop out avocado after cutting it in half and for certain spreads that I have prepared. Too, it’s size make is perfect for when you have many ingredients on the cutting board. You can still chop away. The blade guard also comes in handy making it safe for brining on picnics or a weekend getaway.

Love this knife. For the price this knife can’t be beat. Slicing bread is a breeze!!!

Needed a new Knife and since we love GreenPan pots we thought this would be great to have as well
