I bought the 6qt slow cooker a month ago for my family of 5. Beside delay in shipping everything has worked well. Easy to maneuver, seems to hold heat well enough and works without issues. It is of perfect size for my household. So far tried overnight oatmeal, chicken curry and a lentil dish that all came out great!

I got a (pink) 6 qt slow cooker and was so shocked when it arrived because it's SO LIGHTWEIGHT! I had to stop using my old heavy one where everything stuck to it, impossible to wash clean, and my hands would go numb and hurt to where I dropped it (arthritis). Not only is my green life slow cooker super lightweight but it is also much more powerful so instead of "High" setting I can now use the "Medium" heat setting and get even juicier and more tender meats. I'm so pleased with this cookware that it's been the only thing that I've used since I bought it over 6 months ago, except for my complementary rice cooker. The other features it comes with (that regular crock pots don't have) is the non-stick coating and the non-slip handles. I can now sear and brown meats, onions, etc. before I add some half & half or other choice of liquid and there is no need to use any type of oil or fat to fry in first unless you prefer that. I've used a tiny bit of virgin olive oil for onions or eggs. I cannot recommend this high enough! Oh, I forgot to mention that you actually sear/fry on your stove top as usual and then put the insert pot into the base. Amazing. I came on here to see if they sell extra inserts because it would be so convenient to be able to prep and have the next one ready to go.

I bought this based on a referral by my niece who had purchased one previously. I had a larger crockpot but have not been a fan of it. To know that my Green Life Slow Cooker is free of PFAS, PFOA, Lead, etc., is what sold me. BUT then I cooked Olive Garden Slow Cooker Chicken Pasta in it -- it was amazing. The recipe called to cook on high, 4 hours. In my GreenLIfe Slow Cooker - it cooked faster and only took 3 hours. The clean up was easy -- VERY easy to clean! I purchased another one today for my son!

Received the Turquoise slow cooker a couple of days ago. Fixed a large Minestrone Soup recipe. Cooked on low for 8 hours. The "low" setting worked exactly as it should a nice, low simmer. It did not roll into a boil on the "low" like other slow cookers I have bought and turn the soup into mush. The large, lightweight cooking pot has ample room for large roast or soup recipes. The handles of the cooking pot were warm when I removed it from the heat base but not hot enough to require hot pads. The cooking pot was super easy to clean by hand washing. I haven't tried anything else with the product as yet. But for the slow cooker portion I give it a thumbs up.

I can't believe all you can do with this pot!! the pot itself separate from the base I use extensively for any and all recipes because I have problems with my hands and because it's deep and cooks evenly, I can enjoy an almost completely fat free spatter on my stovetop which is a timesaver. My sister told me about it and I'm not desappointed!!!!
