[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this attachment works great with my kitchenaid mixer! the blades are sharp and shred vegetables and chesse quickly with consistent results. performance is excellent, it feels sturdy and well-made cleaning is simple since the parts rinse off easily. it has made meal prep much faster and more convenient. i highly recommend it.

I like the 8 different thickness settings to create different pasta types. Easy to use and works really well and quite. They are so easy to attach and work so well at shredding cheese, vegetables, fruits, etc. The assembly was so easy and came with a QR code you could scan that shows a video of how it works. I love this and it makes slicing and shredding so Much easier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just got through making fresh pasta with the 7-in-1 pasta attachment for our KitchenAid mixer. Setup was easy, the attachment snapped on easily to our mixer. My husband made the dough and let it rest like you're supposed to. We decided to go with traditional spaghetti. He fed the handmade pasta dough into the machine to be extruded. It seemed to take a while to complete, but I don't know if that's normal? The amount he made seemed equivalent to a store-bought box. It fed 4 of us. It came out pretty good... The texture of the noodles were smooth. I'm sure there are a few tweaks needed in the dough. The cooked noodles did have some clumps-- it very well could be the dough. He hand mixed rather than used the mixer. Tasted good though. The attachments are easy to clean and store, and don't take up too much space.. Looking forward to making other types of pasta with this! And even cookies:) ** Next time we will try to use the mixer to blend the pasta dough to see if that makes a difference!
