I had an older brand name toaster for more than a decade. It worked fine, but when I saw this beautiful toaster, I just had to have it. It’s really like a piece of jewelry for your kitchen. Before I got it, I looked at other Haden toasters and really loved the look of this gold/cream one the best, which apparently is exclusive to Wayfair. When I pulled it out of the box I was slightly surprised that it didn’t seem to weigh as much as my old toaster. If it had been any lighter, it might’ve felt flimsy but it wasn’t. One thing that perplexed me is the bottom, which seems to have hooks for the electrical cord, but it doesn’t wrap around them properly. Still a mystery. I absolutely love the look of it on my countertop. Beware that the first time you use it, it will off-gas. My English muffins were fully toasted when the dial—which has a nice soft, smooth click—was set at “3”. The “Cancel” button has a bright white light that is illuminated when you push down the handle, which feels smooth going down. This was a definite upgrade from my old toaster, and I’m happy I got it.

I like this toaster. I got it in white. It looks really nice in my kitchen. It works well. I tried all items in it and they toasted up nicely. It is easy to wipe off of any prints or anything. The trim on it looks nice as well.

Wow! What a beautiful toaster! I almost didn’t want to use it. Lol. It is a beautiful addition to any kitchen. The gold trim on the appliance makes it pop and adds an elegant flare to your countertop. This is a toaster. I do not want to hide. Not only is it beautiful, but it works extremely well. It toasts the bread, evenly and quickly. it is very easy to use and it has a wide enough opening for thick bread and bagels. it wipes off well without leaving streaks. And no fingerprints yay! You will definitely be thrilled and not disappointed to use this toaster.

I love this toaster! I agonized over which one to get, how much to spend, what features were priorities, etc. Who knew buying a toaster could be such a challenge! Watched a YouTube video from Epicurious that rated a lot of toasters ranging from $25 to $400. I bought a different model of the Haden toaster that was reviewed in that video, and couldn’t be happier with it! It toasts evenly, from edge to edge, has a REAL bagel setting, looks beautiful and is so easy to keep clean! The only thing I will say is that the product looked a brighter red than what I received. It’s a bit more burgundy than true red, but I still love it!

I love the look of this toaster. Its sleek and not bulky.
