Bought it for work ,use instant coffee and herbal teas. I like brewed coffee not single serving pods not strong enough for me.Limited space in work fits perfectly on my desk very little cleanup.

This little guy works great. I can drink whatever coffee I want and there is no waste from plastic pods. Much better for the environment, which is a definite plus for me.

I tried brewing 6-7 times at various heights and cup sizes but each time the coffee splattered on the counter. When I returned the item, the Wayfair instructions were that I could take it to FedEx in the original packaging/box but when FedEx required me to buy a separate box. All in, I ended up paying $17 to return a $43 dollar order.

It worked great. The filters prevented the coffee grounds from going into my cup. It made my cup of coffee in under 5 min. My only complaint is that I read the reviews that said it took forever to make the coffee, so I turned the machine on 15 min before I was ready to drink, only for it to make the coffee quickly and have my coffee sitting getting cold. I ended up drinking lukewarm coffee as a result. In my case, I found the bad reviews incorrect for this coffee maker and the positive reviews closer to my experience.

I use it every morning and it’s going strong!
