I love finally having a machine with a removable tank. So much more convenient. The carafe pours coffee so much better than my old one too. I'm still tweaking the amount of coffee to use. Overall I am very happy with this purchase.

A great improvement for our beverage preparation. Having a water tank and not having to add water to brew is a significant convenience. This unit replaced our Keurig single brew and our Hamilton Beach single K-Cup and caraf unit, which required added water for each brewing process. It is also very well designed and easy to operate.
