Very good blender, makes incredible smoothies. Very powerful; yet quiet; however, there was an anomaly with lid. Called customer service and - will soon be remediated. Nonetheless, can still use this appliance. Excellent price, quality and looks distinctive on my countertop. Highly recommend. * As an addendum - Wayfair was unable to provide a lid for my blender (which was chipped in 3 places and broken off). I can't thank the customer service team for sending me a brand new unit - it arrived yesterday, June 28, 2023. This blender is even better, intact and, looks like it just like it came off the assembly line. Packaged to perfection. Now, this is what I call excellent and unparalleled service. I do no have a cell phone but, will ask a neighbour to take a picture of the original one; hopefully within a few weeks so the team can see the anomaly. Wayfair sure has great service; I am one very happy customer and will continue to purchase from this company until the day I die. Service supreme!
