Love it. Does everything it's supposed to do

Probably my fault but I didn't realize this pot isn't a porcelain/ceramic crock, it's an aluminum pot lined with nonstick coating. Arrived with the coating already chipped at the top where it meets the lid, so I can already see a need to replace it sooner rather than later. We used it to "go" but since it's NOT ceramic, the food got cold before we were halfway to our destination and the reheat required overcooked the dish. Partly my misunderstanding but the substandard nonstick coating is just poor workmanship.

I was expecting an actual crock liner. This was just a thick somewhat coated pan that looks like it'll scratch super easy.

I've wanted one for quite some time, finally got one today as a gift from myself to myself. Already love it!
