The inner cup is very hard to turn out and remove. Cannot do it with grounds in it. Can only remove when empty to clean. Very shallow- cannot add as much grounds as I’m used to. The bottom

The container was in pretty bad shape (box) and the grinder "appears to be ok. I will, however, let you know if there is a problem when I use it.
