I have returned the item. It was large for home use. I have ordered 12L one. I did not use the item. It would be unfair to give a low rating. It looks decent. 3-tiers seems to be too hight to fit in kitchen with low clearance.

A lot of steam escapes from gaps between the tiers brcause the bases of the tiers do not fit snugly- they are loose.
