I owned the original Capri set and eventually returned them as the granitium coating just didn’t hold up to my mayhem, however after using all 11 pieces I think that Henckels got it right with the ceramic coating. Although it’s advertised that you can use metal utensils, to insure in longevity I’ve ordered and invested in multiple silicone slotted spatulas, serving spoons, and frying pan separators! Look forward to a long relationship with the new set!

A great set that cooks evenly and is very easy to clean up after!

We've only owned these pans for 48 hrs yet we've used them several times. We cook on gas and have done filets with fantastic searing results, eggs that cooked very nicely/evenly with no sticking and vegetables which browned along the edges and did not burn. Cleanup was a breeze!! So far, these seem to be the pans we've been searching for!!! Thank you Henckels!!!
