Only used the pan once and was very pleased with the performance. So far no Henckles product disappointed.

We really appreciate several features of this sauté pan. It’s a perfect size for any sautéing we need to do due to both its diameter and height of the edges. The ceramic finish is very easy to clean, and we appreciate the convenience of having two pour spouts, one on either side. The final feature is that its weight is light enough to be handled easily, yet heavy enough to offer a good pan which is not going to warp. Overall, this sauté pan is highly recommended by us as we have really enjoyed using it and we would not hesitate to buy another.
