Perfect for omelet pan which is what I bought it for. Obviously well made. Sure to get years and years of use from this pan. It even comes with a guarantee. Very happy with purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first nonstick pan that I've owned that requires the use of butter/oil to cook with. The manual correctly states that, but of course I'm a guy and didn't read the manual and dropped eggs straight into the pan. They immediately bonded to the pan and it took significant effort to clean. Once back to clean and the manual consulted (also for proper cleaning), cooking with the pans have been a breeze.

I love the conductivity of this new fry pan and its handling on the new Wolf induction cooktop, as well as the ease of cleaning it.
