Really love the high quality of this pan. The finish is beautiful and adds a lot to our kitchen decor. im rapidly building a great balance of Hestan tools to my kitchen and will contine to replace other peace's for Hestan

My husband makes steel cut oatmeal every week and we were tired of cleaning the pan even after soaking. We thought we’d give this a try as we love our other 5 Hestan pans and it does not disappoint! There a slight learning curve and cooking adjustment but the end result is now perfect. The pan is beautiful and a welcome addition to our Hestan family.

The nonstick surface is top notch, much better than Mauveil and other brands I’ve owned in the past. The cooking is very even since the pan is heavy. The size is perfect as well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the perfect pan for sauces, pan frying because of the high sides, pasta, and when you want to make a medium sized pot of soup. Even heating, and I love it can go from the stove to the oven. So much more durable than regular non-stick pans. And in a pinch, I can throw it in the dishwasher. Worth every penny.
