I needed new cookware for an induction cooktop. I did ALOT of research as I wanted good quality nonstick - the new ceramic pans are horrible. I cook a lot and have specific pots/pans for specific dishes. These skillets are excellent quality. They fry the perfect egg - heat conductivity is excellent. I use them daily.

Love my new 3-quart Nanobond soup pot for its beauty, and it's so easy to clean. My husband also loves the Titum nonstick skillet. It is obviously of higher quality than any other nonstick pan we have ever owned. Cooks beautifully, ergonomic when handling, a breeze to clean.

I have been looking for a pan to replace my pan that I use for scrambled eggs & Omelettes. I have always needed to use more butter than I should and most of the time parts stick. Now with my new Titum Nonstick I use very little butter and the eggs are cooked evenly and soft without sticking. I love this pan.

I prefer this version over previous nonstick. I like the darker exterior not showing dirt. The 12 inch size is good especially since I can take advantage of it fully. You wont be sorry if you purchase.
