[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow I just leveled up in cookware. This is a solid and heavy quarter sheet pan which I love. It’s perfect for roasting vegetables for one. Will never warp, trust me. It’s like using a solid metal pan. I’m a new fan of Hestan products. This is something I could hand down for generations.
