I have always wanted to add copper cookware to my home collection, and the Hestan Copperbond sauté pan was my first piece. I absolutely love the design and look of the pan, including the flush rivets and the handles. The pan responds quickly to heat, which is wonderful. I will be using this pan a lot!

This Hestan Copper Induction Braiser is now added to the list, at the top! I have made several dishes so far - seared baby bok choy; garlicky chicken thighs and some fresh skate fillets. All browned beautifully and cleanup was easy and quick.
