I ordered product on 11/6 but didn't realize it shipped in 9 different boxes because it didn't say. I received all the boxes in 3 different shipments finally receiving the final box on 11/12. I wanted to cancel the order completely but I was told I couldn't and would have to wait until all the packages were delivered to start a return which I got charged $83 to send it back. They were very helpful and nice on the phone setting up the return even though I felt the return charge (unlike their competitor) was very unfair, especially with the delivery issues that occurred. Thank you anyway for your help.
