Holds up to two eggs. You can use 2 eggs and evenly distribute to both side and you get a good sized moon shaped piece on both sides. Perfect amount. I love it. We use it on our food truck. Purchased a 2nd one.

Its ok, it does the job and makes a very compact omelet. I will be trying other things as the recipe book included mentions a variety of omelets and pancakes too. It's more of a novelty item for now.

I never used any metal on this omelette maker. The Teflon coating started coming off in my omelette. As you can see I only used a plastic spatula. It seemed to get way too hot while cooking you cant adjust the heat. And then the omelette was sticking to the Teflon. Ive only used this a few times and just got it a couple weeks ago. I reached out to The resolution team. Gave them the photos. Nobody reached back to me to resolve the problem. Very disappointing!!!
