I am in love with this two tier dish rack! It is so spacious and so sturdy, I couldnt have made a better choice. Stainless steel that has not eroded at all so far. The cup and sponge holding hooks are also removable so thats also a nice option to have! Highly recommended, such a great product for a great price. Thank you for the great find Wayfair!

It's not angled and there are no holes for water to drip into the sink.

Edited to say, the metal rusts after using it for 6 months and the drainer doesn’t drain. I drilled my own holes to help with the lack of drainage. Still love the way it looks though. I love this dish drainer. It’s nice looking and holds a lot of dishes! I’m very happy with it.
